Cable Internet Provider's Customer Service Affects Sign-up Rate

Cable Internet providers that has been chosen to be one of ''the best list'' actually have a lot of unique reasons as to why they were chosen. But the common denominator is their customer service. 

But what does customer service really have to do with a customer's satisfaction and how does it affect cable internet and phone service providers review ranks?

There are times that cable internet services are down or we have some technical issues. Some days we have some hard time figuring out things about our bill. And some days we just need to ask things regarding our cable internet and phone services. The best way to actually get answers are not by reading articles online or watching Youtube tutorials but to get in chat support or call a representative to help you out. 

There are few point issues why some customers pull out from cable internet companies when it comes to customer service. 

Few reasons are:

The waiting time to actually get a representative takes so much time. It is frustrating when you need to finish something important with the use of the internet service or you want to catch your most awaited program show in your cable TV

You are assisted by a representative who don't have sufficient knowledge to resolve the issue.

They keep on transferring you to other departments.

They don't give you full information or answers to your queries.

There are few more reasons you can comment below. Most cable internet and phone providers that have good customer service have ratings that fall above average. Some providers that do have a good customer service review are AT&T, Verizon and Spectrum.
