You can block incoming anonymous or collect calls as well as outgoing long distance and international calls with the Voice Online Manager. Calls to 900 and 976 numbers and third-party charges are automatically blocked.

You can forward all incoming calls from your
home phone service to an alternate number. If you receive a call while this feature is enabled on your home phone, you'll hear a short ring ("ring splash") indicating that the call is being forwarded. You'll need to deactivate All Call Forwarding in order to answer incoming calls on your
home phone service. To manage this feature using your handset:
Enter *72 and wait for the dial tone.
Enter the
phone service number you want to forward calls to, followed by the # key. Note: Include 1+ Area Code when entering the phone number, if necessary.
You'll hear a confirmation tone when activated.
To deactivate this feature, enter *73 and wait for a dial tone to confirm your changes.

If you have your Caller ID permanently hidden for all outgoing calls, you can temporarily unblock your Caller ID information by pressing *82 before entering the

To manage this feature on your handset:
1. Enter *74 and wait for the dial tone.
2. Enter the one-digit code (Between 2 and 9), followed by the phone number you want to add to speed dial.
3. After you enter the phone number, press the # key. Several short tones confirm your entry.
4. From then on, you'll only need to enter the one-digit code and the # key to call the designated number.
3-Way Calling

You can use 3-Way Calling to speak to two different parties at the same time.
1. Call the first party, then press the Flash button to put them on a brief hold.
2. When you hear the dial tone, enter the second number.
3. When the second party answers, press the Flash button once briefly to create a three-way connection.
4. If the second party doesn't answer, press the Flash button twice to return to the first call.
5. To disconnect the second party, press the Flash button once. The first party will remain on the line. To disconnect all parties, hang up the phone.
Voicemail

Voicemail answers your phone calls while you're away from home or taking another call. You can retrieve your voice messages at any time from anywhere. To set up your voicemail:
1. Using your home phone, dial *99.
2. Follow the instructions to create a four-digit PIN, which is used to access your voice messages.
3. You'll be prompted to record your name and personal greeting.
4. You can also set up Readable Voicemail through Voice Online Manager to receive an audio file and full text transcription of your voicemails via email.
